Chapter 4- Justice is served

Hi everyone^_^ Welcome back to my fanfic. This is the final chapter of "Ami's Mistake". To recap what happened in the last chapter: Alex was attacked by the Dead Moon Circus (but this Dead Moon Circus scene doesn't really have anything to do with the main plot. I just added it because I like the Dead

Moon Circus.) Anyway, Alex's true self starts showing and Ami tells her friends what's going on. When Ami finally breaks up with Alex, he is so mad he throws her in his car and drives off. The senshi are left behind and now must find Ami before Alex it's too late.

Now on with the show!

" Where are you taking me?!" Ami screamed. She laid helplessly in the passenger's seat of Alex's car. Ami knew for sure Alex was gonna hurt her and she may never see her home ever again. Was he going to murder her? Ami was so scared that she thought that death itself would be a relief from all the pain Alex had caused her.

" Shut up you blue-haired bitch!" Alex snapped back," We're leaving this town. You are gonna stay with me forever Ami-chan." Alex took one of his hands off the wheel and squeezed Ami's neck. This hurt her a lot and tears started to roll down her cheeks. Alex could feel these tears rolling onto his hand and he finally took his hand off her neck.

" You must love me a lot Ami-chan," Alex commented," You cry because you are so happy that we're together. Oh Ami I love you too dear." Alex said in an all too-sweet voice. Ami thought this guy must be crazy. How could anyone be so cruel.

After a two hour drive away from Juubangai, the two ended up at a large, red run- down barn. Ami thought by the way the country side looked that they must be near the town of Innoko. But why had Alex stopped here? It didn't look like the barn had been used in years, plus there was the burnt remains of an old house near the barn.

" Get out!" Alex ordered, this time his voice was more strict," This is our new home Ami. This is where our beautiful future begins."

" Mamo-chan! Mamo-chan!" Usagi banged on Mamoru's apartment door. All the other girls were with her including Haruka and Michiru, who had given up their dinner date to help find Ami.

" Usako?" Mamoru opened the door to find the girls standing there," What are all of you doing here? It's 10 o'clock at night." Mamoru looked sleepy and the girls could guess that he must have been taking a nap. He let the them inside.

" Ami's missing!" Usagi shouted.

" What!" Mamoru exclaimed.

" Her boyfriend, Alex, kidnapped her and drove off." Rei added in her two cents.

" She wanted to break up with him." Makoto explained.

" But I guess he didn't want her to leave him, so he took her away." Minako added.

" Do you guys think that Alex might be an enemy?" Michiru spoke up.

A large sweatdrop appeared on Mamoru's forehead. He had to tell them about Alex's past history or else they would spend all night thinking up false accusations about him.

" Everyone," Mamoru finally spoke up," Alex is not some villain from the Dead Moon or anything like that. He's just a guy with some problems. I've known Alex ever since I was in high school. We used to be really good friends in 10th grade. We had so much in common and he used to help me with my homework. We were inseparable. But then Alex started to change..." Mamoru lowered his voice.

" What happened Mamo-chan?" asked Usagi. She held on tightly to Mamoru's arm to comfort him.

" Well," Mamoru continued," Alex's parents spilt up that following year. Alex also started to do poorly in school. So he wouldn't have to go home to his alcoholic father, everyday after school he would hang out with the tough drug users at school. He started drinking a using drugs on frequent basis. He no longer had time to go to the movies or hang with his old friends. But this was okay with me. That was the same time Motoki and his family moved to Juubangai, so I became friends with him. I never heard much from Alex until the first year of university. This was the year he...." Mamoru looked really sad like he was going to cry.

" Oh, Mamo-chan," Usagi rubbed his back," It's okay you can tell us."

Mamoru signed. " That was the year he raped Motoki's sister, Unazuki."

" What!?" Everyone was shocked. Even though Unazuki was in her last year of high school she was also good friends with Usagi and the girls. Why hadn't Unazuki talked about this before?

" Please don't tell Motoki or Unazuki that I told you guys." Mamoru told them, "The Furuhata family wants the memory to be forgotten. They had gotten justice for their daughter. Alex was expelled from the university and spent a few months in jail. Alex has a way of manipulating girls and he has two personalities. One minute he may act nice to them and pretend to be a successful businessman. Girls that buy this soon discover that he's actually a creep and a total loser. I know this guy has took advantage of more girls than Unazuki & Ami. They just haven't told on him. They were probably threatened not to tell or he would hurt them or their loved ones. This guy is dangerous!"

Haruka stepped forward once Mamoru was done speaking. " Mamoru-san," she spoke," I think we should track this Alex guy down and kill him for what he done to Ami. Leave it up to Michiru and me. We'll find him."

" No no," replied Rei," Sacrifices don't have to be made Haruka-san." (Haruka was always thinking about sacrificing before talking things out. It's hard to believe she carried a talisman. Oh well Haruka's kill now, talk later attitude makes her one of the most interesting characters on Sailormoon.)

" Yeah," replied Usagi," Let's find Alex and call the police. Who knows what kind of danger Ami-chan might be in right now." Usagi started to bite her nails frantically.

" But where do we start looking? Tokyo is a big place. I don't think he stayed around the Tokyo area, let alone the district of Juubangai." Makoto said aloud. She turned to Mamoru.

" Well I know one place he could be," Mamoru told the girls," Let's go now. I know it's 10 at night but Ami needs us."

" Right" the girls said in unison.

Before getting into Mamoru's car to go find Ami, Haruka made a suggestion.

" I think Michiru and I will find this guy in our own way. If he causes any trouble. There will be trouble and we will be forced to kill him. Sorry but this isn't a mission for you soft hearted senshi. This guy must be punished." Haruka put her hand on Michiru's shoulder and the two walked off.

" This isn't senshi business," Minako commented.

" We have to find Alex and Ami before those two do," exclaimed Rei," or else all hell will break loose!"

Ami laid down on some old hay that was scattered around the barn floor. Alex had made it clear that if she tried to escape he would track her down and punish her. Ami was too scared to escape or do anything. She just laid in the hay praying in her mind that help would arrive and save her. But she wasn't sure that was even possible. They were 2 hours away from Tokyo in a deserted barn surrounded by woods. Who would ever find them there? Ami signed and closed her eyes.

" No time for sleep now my sweet," Alex grabbed Ami by her hair, " You're gonna give me some good lovin'." He ripped her blouse right off her. Ami started to cry.

" Stop right there!" A voice interrupted the scene. Alex turned to see the sailor girls who had helped him earlier plus a masked man in a tuxedo. The blonde with the long odango style hair spoke again.

" How dare you take advantage of a young innocent girl. You are disgusting! On behave of the moon, I Sailormoon, will punish you!"

" We will punish you as well," added the sailor team.

Alex laughed. Large sweat drops appeared on the senshi's foreheads. What was so funny? This guy was nuts!

" So you girls want to join in on the fun as well. Sounds good. I'll take you first Sailormoon." He ran towards Sailormoon, but Tuxedo Kamen rushed between them and hit Alex in the gut with his cane. Alex fell to the floor.

" You never changed Alex," Tuxedo Kamen put his hand on Sailormoon's shoulder, " I knew you would return to your mother's old farm. Do you think that you would actually get away with your disguising crimes. You are nothing but a pervert and because of that you must be punished!"

" Chiba Mamoru?" Alex thought for a moment that this masked guy sounded and acted just like Mamoru.

" World Shaking!"

A ball of energy hit Alex with such a force and was blown across the barn and hit the wall. A old paint can, that was hanging on the wall by a nail, fell down a clogged him on the head. He fell unconscious to the floor.

" That was a good hit." SailorUranus said. She and SailorNeptune had arrived. Of course Haruka had said she was going to hurt Alex once she found him. So she did just that.

" SailorUranus! SailorNeptune!" shouted SailorMars," Why did you do that?! Can't you see you might have killed him."

Ami ran over to Alex to check him out. Of course he wasn't dead. He was just unconscious. A large bump was now forming on his head.

" I think we better call an ambulance," Ami told them.

Fifteen minutes later an ambulance and the police arrived at the farm. As Alex was being put into the ambulance Ami told the police the whole story about Alex. She edited it a little though. To protect the senshi's reputation she said that Alex had got mad that her friends had found them and he ran towards them and accidentally hit the wall and knocked down the can.

The next morning the girls plus Mamoru went to the hospital to see Alex. Ami even though she didn't care about him, wanted to see if Alex remembered seeing the sailor senshi and what happened.

" That's the masked guy!" Alex screamed when Mamoru and the girls entered the room.

" Huh?" Mamoru tried to look confused. They decided that Alex wasn't worth visiting and went to talk to the doctors at the main desk. Even the doctors, who checked up on Alex's past mental status, thought that Alex must be crazy. One doctor told the group that after a few days Alex would be released for his trial. He thought that Alex must have gotten crazier after that paint can hit him.

" This trial should be interesting." Minako commented.

" I've reached my decision." The judge told the people of the court room. It was finally the day of the trial. Alex sat across from Ami and the girls. He had pleaded innocent by insanity. Ami was so nervous. What if Alex was not found guilty. He would defiantly come for her. Ami had did her best in her testimony, but all she could do now was hope for the best.

" Would the defendant rise." Alex stood up.

" Alex Grant," the judge said," I find you guilty of sexual assault and adduction. Even though you pleaded insanity I find that you can be helped if you spend the rest of your life in a mental facility in the United States. I enrolled you in The Blue Pond Hospital in Connecticut, USA. You are to start your treatment there as of tomorrow. Court dismissed."

A loud cheer came from Ami, her friends and family. Finally Alex got what he deserved. He would have to spend the rest of his life in a mental hospital millions of miles away from them in America. Life couldn't get any better than this!

" Come on Rei you hogged the Sailor V game enough! Move over and let me play."

" Wait your turn Odango head," Rei snapped back," Go flirt with Motoki or something. I want to finish my game."

The girls were at Crown Game Center. It had been two months since Alex had been gone from Ami's life. Things were now getting back to normal.

" You two shouldn't argue," Ami spoke up," There are plenty of video games here. Just play another one Usagi-chan." Ami was playing a video game of solitaire. She was the only one in the Game Center who plays that game. Ami liked it though. She thought it approved her strategy skills.

" Ami's right. You shouldn't fight." A strange yet familiar voice replied. Everyone looked away from their games to see Urawa!

" Urawa-kun!" Ami was so excited," Why are you here? I'm so happy to see you again." Ami blushed at the sight of her old friend. He now looked more handsome than last time they met. Of course Ami never told him this.

" My family moved back to Juubangai," Urawa replied," I'm glad to be back with you Ami. Um.. I mean to study with and all...." Urawa couldn't stop blushing. He really missed Ami and it wasn't just her study sessions with him. Ami was a sweet person and fun to be with. Urawa really wanted to ask her out, but had always been too shy.

" Let's all go upstairs to Fruit Parlor Crown. Unazuki makes the best chocolate sundaes and I'm starved!" suggested Makoto. They all agreed.

After they each had their fill of sundaes (Usagi had pigged out on two. Which of course got Rei talking).

" Um..." spoke up Urawa," Could I talk to Ami alone for a while. I want to talk about those upcoming exams."

Usagi made a 'yeah sure' sound but they all got up and left Ami and Urawa at the booth. Once the girls were out the door Urawa touched Ami's hand gently.

" Ami I know hat happened to you in the last few months. I had visions of you and that's one of the main reasons I begged my parents to move back here. I wanted to help you Ami. I care about you so much. Ami I always wanted to ask you...." Urawa lowered his voice.

" Would you like to go out on a date sometime, Ami-chan? I mean I can understand if you say no. I don't blame you after all that's happened to you in the last few months." He moved his straw around his empty glass. He was sure Ami wasn't interested. He shouldn't had asked.

" I'd love to go on a date with you Urawa" Ami replied.

" You would! Really? Oh wow thanks Ami." Urawa was surprised and happy.

" I know you are nothing like Alex. You are more sensitive and smart Urawa. Plus I think we both could take a break from all the studying in our lives." Ami moved her full glass of chocolate milkshake to the middle of the table. She took Urawa's straw and put it into her glass. The two shared the rest of her milkshake together while discussion their movie plans for Saturday. Ami was so happy. Never in her live had she ever felt the way she felt then. She was clam and happy. This was true love, the type of love Ami knew was real and right.

Well that was my story. As I promised since the first chapter, the person who this fic is about is.......

Me. Yes it's me Miss ParaPara. Surprised? Last year a similar event happened to me that had happened to Ami (well I never had the Dead Moon Circus attack my ex or the sailor senshi show up), but the rest of the fic is based on my own personal story. I had this boyfriend who abused and raped.

But like Alex, my guy also got what he deserved. I'm still not totally recovered from the abuse I severed, but I do now have a better life and a new sweet boyfriend who really loves and cares for me. Even though I have forgotten about my ex, I felt better once I talked to my friends about what had happened. One of them recommended that since I like writing so much that I should write a story about what happened. So I did. Writing "Ami's Mistake" made me fell a lot better. I wanted to show people that even people who always appear to be happy have problems too. There's been problems just like mine all over the world. I know people think that since I usually write parodies and ridiculous hentai most of the time that I must be a very outgoing and funny person. But actually the only reason I write such bizarre fics is to get my mind off my troubles. Writing is my way of escaping from reality and the problems I have. This fic is NOT at all to be funny like my other fics. It's based on me, so I hope no one laughed while reading it. I wanted people to know that the crazy fanfic writer Miss ParaPara is actually a regular girl and has had her share of troubles.

I think if you are interested in writing fanfiction you should write about real things that have happened to you. You don't have to use real names or have a serious problem like mine. Even if you have a little problem, like you get into a fight with a friend, WRITE A FIC ABOUT IT! Why not? You will feel a lot better sharing your feelings with others. I know I feel a lot better sharing my feelings with complete strangers. NO one is going to make fun of you story or situation. We all have troubles and it's not a good thing to keep your sad feelings to yourself. Tell a friend, parent, or even join a mailing list or support group. After my experience last year I joined a mailing list/ discussion group called Strong Survivors. They really helped me sort things out. The group is for people who have either be hurt by sexual, physical or emotional abuse. It's for both men and woman (or boys and girls. There is no age limit).
